It may be possible to cancel your order if it has not been processed yet.
To verify if the item(s) in your Tesla Shop order can still be canceled, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Tesla Account.
- Go to Order History.
- Select ‘Order Details’ for the applicable order.
If the item(s) are eligible for cancelation, the option to cancel will be visible. If the order is being processed by our distribution center or has already shipped, but the item is still eligible for return, then the option to initiate a return will be shown instead. If the item(s) are ineligible for cancelation or return, then neither option will be shown.
Note: Once checkout has been completed, we are unable to edit the shipping address or contents within an order. Tesla is not liable if the incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout.
