When placing an order on Tesla’s Online Shop, you are agreeing to all of these Terms and Conditions.

Tesla and its affiliates sell directly to end-consumers. We may unilaterally cancel any order that we believe has been made with the intention to resell, intended to violate our trademark rights or that has otherwise been made in bad faith. We may also cancel an order and process a refund if we discontinue a product after the time an order has been placed.
