Apparel, lifestyle, charging equipment, vehicle parts and most accessories will ship directly to you. The purchase price of these items includes shipping and installation.

For items that require installation, please refer to the product page for more information and sign in to the Tesla app and schedule an appointment stating which item you wish to have installed.
Although we strive for order dispatch within 24 hours, order volume and product availability may result in additional processing time.

Note: Orders ship Monday through Friday only.

Due to high demand, processing and delivery times are higher than normal. Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of your order. Certain products have longer processing times noted in the product description.

If your order has not arrived in the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us.

Note:

Large shipments, wheels, tyre packages and Roadster accessories may have longer processing times.

Due to order volume and product availability, certain items may have limits on the quantity that can be requested.
Once your item ships, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information. Just click the link in your confirmation email and follow the steps to check the status of your order. You can also sign in to your account and select an order in your order history to check the status.
Contact us within 30 days of placing the order. Replacements may be granted if you have not received your order on time or need a replacement for any of the following reasons:

Received the wrong product.

A kit is missing a component.

Product arrived defective or broken.
At this time, we only ship to the countries in the location selector on Tesla Shop. In addition, we can only ship to the shop country in which the order is made.

There are some territorial exclusions:

Denmark: Faroe Islands, Greenland.

Finland: The Åland Islands.

France: French Overseas Territories (Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte).

Germany: Helgoland, Büsingen.

Spain: Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands.

United Kingdom: Channel Islands.

Italy: Livigno, Campione d'Italia, The Italian waters of Lake Lugano.

Portugal: Azores & Madeira Islands.
To ensure optimal fit and function, service-installed vehicle accessories are dispatched to your preferred Tesla Service Center for final installation. The purchase price of these items includes shipping and installation.

If there is something missing from your order, follow these steps:

Start the process to fill the missing part of your order.

Select ‘Accessories / Apparel / Merchandise.’

Select ‘Return an Item.’

Click on ‘Submit.’

Our Customer Support team will reach out to help replace the missing part. If available, Tesla will provide the missing part but may advise processing a return or replacement instead.
Tesla orders can take three to five business days to arrive but may vary depending on your order. Check the status of your order for updates on when it will arrive.
To see your order history on a web browser, sign in to your Tesla Account or use your order number to search previous orders.

To see your order history through the Tesla app, follow these steps:

Tap the menu in the top right corner.

Tap on your name.

Select ‘Order History’ to see what you have previously ordered.

Cancellations

If your order is already in progress, we are unable to accommodate a request to modify or cancel it. Contact us to check on your order status.
Refunds are usually processed within 7-10 business days after the order has been cancelled. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
