How to Update the Country for Your Tesla Account
Your Tesla Account is automatically associated with a country or region based on where you registered your account. Changing the country or region for your account will affect the products and offers you see in the Tesla app.
To update the country associated with your Tesla Account, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Tesla Account.
- View your account settings and select ‘Personal Information.’
- Select ‘Edit’ in the Basic Information section.
- Change Region to your current country.
Note: Updating the country associated with your Tesla Account can take up to one hour after you submit the change. During that time, you will not be able to make further changes in your Tesla Account.
