Mobile Connector
Mobile Connector is useful when you’re away from home and are on extended trips. Charge your vehicle from different outlets at low to medium speeds. Using a standard household outlet can provide charging speeds up to 3 miles of range per hour. Using a 240 volt outlet provides up to 30 miles of range per hour depending on vehicle model.
For charging at home, Wall Connector is our recommended charging solution. We recommend installing a Wall Connector at home and charging at a Tesla Supercharger or a Destination Charging site while traveling.
The current Mobile Connector bundle includes:
- Mobile Connector (20 feet)
- Adapter for standard 120 volt household outlets (NEMA 5-15)
- Adapter for 240 volt/50 amp breaker (NEMA 14-50)
- Cable organizing bag

Troubleshooting Support
To troubleshoot your Mobile Connector, follow these steps:
- Click on the ‘Diagnose’ button below if your Mobile Connector is experiencing a problem.
- You will be asked to sign in to your Tesla Account and complete a few preliminary troubleshooting steps.
