If you are not completely satisfied with your items purchased from Tesla Shop, you may return them for a refund or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order*.
Note: Items purchased on Tesla Shop with Tesla Credits and/or any similar method of payment cannot be refunded or returned.
Faulty Goods
If a product ordered by you arrives damaged or is not of acceptable quality, please contact Customer Support theshop@tesla.com for assistance. You may have:
- rights to return the product under these terms;
- legal rights and remedies in Australia under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and other rights under consumer laws applying in each Australian State and Territory; and/or
- to have the product repaired or replaced or to receive a refund of the price paid by you for the product.
Change of Mind
Unopened Wall Connectors, vehicle accessories, apparel and merchandise may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags attached to receive a full refund. Any items returned and found to be misused, tampered with, damaged, missing parts or in unsaleable condition as a result of customer negligence, will not be accepted for return.
Service-installed vehicle accessories are ineligible for return once installed (except for cases involving warranty).
Tesla will not be responsible for ensuring that the products are suitable for a particular purpose unless it is self-evident or is made known to Tesla.
*We reserve the right to reject change-of-mind returns that do not meet the conditions outlined and will return to sender.
