How to Schedule a Service Appointment

To schedule a service appointment in the Tesla app, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Tesla app.
  2. Tap ‘Service.’
  3. Tap ‘Request Service.’
  4. Select a support topic and describe your concern.
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to provide additional information such as the date, time and type of service appointment you’d like.

After you schedule your service appointment, you’ll need to prepare for your Service Center visit.

How to Add Service to Your Service Appointment

Once you have scheduled your service appointment, you can add services by following these steps:

  1. Open the Tesla app.
  2. Tap ‘Service.’
  3. Tap ‘Request Service.’
  4. Tap ‘Manage Request.’
  5. Tap ‘Services.’
  6. Tap ‘Add Another Concern.’
  7. Describe the concern and follow the on-screen prompts to provide additional information.

Note: Additional concerns can impact your existing appointment date and time.

How to Contact Tesla About Your Service Appointment

Once you have scheduled your service appointment, you can message your local Service team by following these steps:

  1. Open the Tesla app.
  2. Tap ‘Service.’
  3. Tap ‘Messages.’
  4. Send and receive messages from the Service team.
How to Cancel a Service Appointment

To cancel an upcoming Tesla vehicle service appointment, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Tesla app.
  2. Tap ‘Service.’
  3. Tap ‘Request Service.’
  4. Tap ‘Manage Request.’
  5. Tap ‘Cancel Request.’
How to Change or Reschedule a Service Appointment

The types of service appointments available depend on what service is needed. Some services can only be performed at a Service Center. If you are unsure if the requested service will require a Service Center visit, contact your local Tesla Service Center.

To change or reschedule your Tesla vehicle service appointment, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Tesla app.
  2. Tap ‘Service.’
  3. Tap ‘Request Service.’
  4. Tap ‘Manage Request.’
  5. Tap ‘Reschedule.’

If you don’t see your appointment in the Tesla app, your appointment may have been canceled by the Service team. If you don’t see any updates in your messages in the Tesla app, contact the Service team.
