Tesla does not offer exchanges. Follow the steps to return your product (if eligible) and place a new order.
Vehicle accessories and merchandise purchased from Tesla Shop are non-refundable and non-returnable. For enquiries, please contact onlineordersmy@tesla.com.
Vehicle accessories that are not eligible for return include, but are not limited to:
Used and/or installed accessories.
Accessories missing the original packaging.
Broken package quantities or incomplete kits.
Wheel and tire packages that have been picked up by the customer, even if they remain uninstalled.
Items purchased from a third party must be returned to that seller. Unfortunately, Tesla cannot accept the return of goods purchased from any third-party vendor.
If you purchased an item as a guest, access your order using your order number and email address.
You will then receive an email with your RMA number that you can enter in the portal to generate a return label. Print and attach the label to your parcel and email us at onlineordersmy@tesla.com to arrange a pick up.
Tesla Service Centers are focused on servicing customer vehicles, and unfortunately cannot process any returns or refunds.
Refunds are usually processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product has arrived at the Tesla warehouse and has been inspected. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
