Secure one of the limited spots and pick up your new Model Y at the Berlin-Brandenburg Gigafactory, where you can also take a tour of the factory where your vehicle was built.
Vehicle deliveries will take place between November 18 and November 29.*
*Your registration for this event does not equate to and does not automatically guarantee your participation. The number of participants for this event is limited, and attendees will be selected by Tesla. The selection process will be managed by Tesla and will follow the order in which the orders are placed, taking into account any potential exclusion criteria. Participation requires that you receive a final confirmation and invitation from Tesla after your registration and vehicle order have been submitted, both of which must be placed under the same email address. The confirmation of participation is non-transferable. Should you not be invited to attend the event, vehicle pickup will take place at a Tesla location near you in Germany.
Only vehicle orders for a Model Y placed between October 24, 2024, and November 6, 2024, will be considered for this event. Tesla reserves the right to exclude any orders that are reorders of previously canceled orders made solely for the purpose of participating in this event.
A maximum of three people can attend the vehicle pickup event. Participants in the factory tour must be at least 16 years old. Please note that the factory tour is conducted on foot and involves climbing stairs. If this is not possible for you, please inform your sales advisor when placing your order. There is no option to choose specific pickup dates, as these will be determined by Tesla and cannot be influenced or changed. Tesla will not cover any travel costs related to the pickup date for this event.
