Apparel, lifestyle, charging equipment, vehicle parts and most accessories will ship directly to you. The purchase price of these items includes shipping and installation.

For items that require installation, refer to the product page for more information and log in to the Tesla app and schedule an appointment stating which item you wish to have installed.
For some items, you will be prompted to login to your Tesla Account to checkout. Upon doing so, all of your VIN(s) will become selectable. Select the VIN of the vehicle you are buying this accessory for.

If you recently purchased a vehicle, make sure your VIN or reservation number (RN) is visible within your Tesla Account to enable the checkout. If you are a leasing customer, order the item which requires VIN validation via the closest Service Center.
Wall Connectors require installation by a licensed electrician and are dispatched directly to your shipping address. This allows you to receive your Wall Connector as quickly as possible and coordinate installation with your preferred electrician.
Our goal is to ensure that your experience home charging with Tesla products is as smooth as possible. If you are unable to charge using your Tesla wall connector, refer to these simple guidelines:

If your electrician is present & encounters difficulties, call us. A dedicated team of technical experts will be available to support on weekdays (Monday to Friday) during office hours (9-5 CET).

If there is no electrician present, ensure a Tesla vehicle is available for functional testing.
If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for back in stock email alerts on the product page of the out of stock item. Whenever the item comes back, you will be the first person to find out.

Note: Receiving a back in stock email alert does not reserve the item for you. Items can and do sell out again. Sign up again to be notified once the item is restocked.

A service-installed vehicle accessory requires Tesla Service installation.

Examples of service-installed vehicle accessories include:

Model S, Model 3, Model X and Model Y Wheel and Tire Packages.

Model S and Model 3 Carbon Fiber Spoiler.

Model Y Tow Package.
Within the Tesla app, upon completing checkout for service-installed vehicle accessories, you’ll be prompted to schedule a service appointment for installation. If your service-installed vehicle accessories are delayed, you will be notified via the Tesla app and your service visit will be rescheduled.

To schedule your installation appointment, follow the steps below:

Open the Tesla app.

Tap 'Service.'

Tap ‘Request Service.’

Tap ‘Upgrades & Accessories.’

Select ‘Accessory Installation.’

In the text field that follows, include your order number and a brief description of the accessory you would like to have installed.

Tap ‘Request Service’ to finalize the appointment.
The build date for your Tesla vehicle is shown on the vehicle certification label located on the driver’s side door pillar. This label is visible when the door is open.
If the order is not yet actioned by our distribution center, it may be possible to cancel the order. To verify eligibility for cancelation, visit the Order History section of your Tesla Account. From there, select the order containing the service installed accessory you wish to cancel. If the item(s) are eligible for cancelation, the option will be presented beneath the order total. If the item(s) are ineligible for cancelation or return, then neither option will be shown.

Most direct-ship accessories will include a link in the product detail page with installation instructions, or physical instructions will be included with the package.
