A charging card that electric vehicle owners can use to pay for public charging.
Yes. You can use a Charge Card for both Tesla and other electric vehicles at select Supercharger sites in Europe.
Both Tesla and other electric vehicle owners need to have Tesla app version 4.18 or higher to use a Charge Card with Tesla Superchargers.
Other electric vehicle owners can use their mobility service provider app to find compatible Tesla charging sites.
To find a nearby Supercharger, Tesla owners can use the interactive Trip Planner in their vehicle. To enable Trip Planner, touch 'Settings' > 'Navigation' > 'Trip Planner' on your touchscreen.
Once you have selected a site, your vehicle’s navigation will automatically route you to the nearest entrance of the property. You can then zoom in on the map to find the exact location of the station. Tap on the station’s red lightning bolt icon on your touchscreen if additional information is needed.
Check the mobility service provider app to complete any required actions.
If the Charge Card cannot be charged, other electric vehicle owners can add an alternate payment method in the Tesla app. For Tesla owners, the default payment method will be charged.

It is recommended that you have an additional payment method in case you are traveling outside of Europe. To access the Supercharger network in another country, an additional payment method needs to be available in the Tesla app.
There may be instances where your Charge Card is not authorized. In that scenario, Tesla will charge the default payment method on file in your Tesla app to allow you to charge your vehicle.
