Returns

Tesla does not offer exchanges. Follow the steps to return your product (if eligible) and place a new order.

Vehicle accessories and merchandise purchased from Tesla Shop are non-refundable and non-returnable. For enquiries, please contact onlineordershkmo@tesla.com.

Vehicle accessories that are not eligible for return include, but are not limited to:

• Used and/or installed accessories.
• Accessories missing the original packaging.
• Broken package quantities or incomplete kits.
• Wheel and tire packages that have been picked up by the customer, even if they remain uninstalled.

Items purchased from a third party must be returned to that seller. Unfortunately, Tesla cannot accept the return of goods purchased from any third-party vendor.

To initiate a return for products purchased from the Tesla Shop, submit a Tesla Shop Order Cancellation Request with the following information:

• Quantity to return.
• Reason for return.

If you purchased an item as a guest, access your order using your order number and email address.

You will then receive an email with your RMA number that you can enter in the portal to generate a return label. Print and attach the label to your parcel and email us at onlineordershkmo@tesla.com to arrange a pick up.

Tesla Service Centers are focused on servicing customer vehicles, and unfortunately cannot process any returns or refunds.

Refunds are usually processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product has arrived at the Tesla warehouse and has been inspected. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
