Previous Referral Program – Phase 9

Phase 9 of the Tesla Referral Program ended on February 2nd, 2019. All prizes from Phase 9 have been granted and no additional requests will be accepted. See detailed prize fulfillment statuses below.

• Credits for qualifying referrals are valid for 12 months.
• Valid credits can be used toward services, vehicle accessories or new Tesla products.

1 Qualifying Referral:

• Launch Your Photo into Orbit
  All winners have received this prize. Eligible customers received an invitation to submit their photo by June 30, 2022. On August 4, 2022, SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket successfully launched from Cape Canaveral, Florida with all laser-etched customer photos on board.
• Commemorative Hat
  All winners have received this prize.

2 Qualifying Referrals:

Owners were invited to choose either of the options below for their second referral.

• Signature Black Wall Connector
  All winners have received this prize.
• Founders Series Tesla Model S for Kids
  All winners have received this prize.

3 Qualifying Referrals:

Owners were invited to choose either of the options below for their third referral.

• All Prize Wheels
  All winners have received this prize. Note: The referral award winner is responsible for associated taxes and fees. The prize wheels are non-transferrable, and we are not able to offer the option to change wheel type selection.

4 Qualifying Referrals:

• Priority Access to Vehicle Software Updates
  Access has been granted until December 31, 2020.

5 Qualifying Referrals:

• Tesla Unveiling Invitation
  Winners will receive invitations for upcoming product unveilings and be given the opportunity to register and attend. Once a prize winner has attended an event they will not receive additional invitations.

• Founders Series Powerwall 2: All winners have received this prize.


• Founders Series Roadster:
  • All winners have claimed the discount.
  • As stated in our Program Limits, we do not allow advertising of referral links. In recognition of the many authentic word-of-mouth referrals provided by our owners, we have recalculated Founder Series Roadster discounts. If we believe that you have paid for ads, we have reduced your Referral count by the number of views from any paid sources during the time when the Secret Level Founder Series Roadster award was offered.

• Amazing Adventures: We are working out details, timelines and logistics for these unique prizes. Stay tuned, you will be contacted when a Secret Levels prize is ready for action.
  • Drive an Electric Boring Machine: Drive an electric tunnel boring machine with The Boring Company in Hawthorne, CA.
  • Watch a SpaceX Rocket Launch: Attend the launch of Falcon Heavy, the world's most powerful rocket, in Cape Canaveral, FL.
  • Race the Tesla Semi: Race a giant electric semi truck around our test track. There will be additional prizes and trophies for the best track times.
  • Launch a Time Capsule into Space: Eligible customers received an invitation to submit their time capsule content. Content must be submitted by June 30, 2022.
