If you are not completely satisfied with your items purchased from Tesla Shop, you may return them for a refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving your order*.
Faulty Goods
If a product ordered by you arrives damaged or is not of acceptable quality, please contact Customer Support onlineordersau@tesla.com for assistance. You may have:
- rights to return the product under these terms;
- legal rights and remedies in Australia under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and other rights under consumer laws applying in each Australian State and Territory; and/or
- to have the product repaired or replaced or to receive a refund of the price paid by you for the product.
Change of Mind
Unopened Wall Connectors, vehicle accessories, apparel and merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags attached to receive a full refund. If an item has been opened, but remains unused, it may be returned and subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any items returned and found to be misused, tampered with, damaged, missing parts or in unsaleable condition as a result of customer negligence, will not be accepted for return.
Service-installed vehicle accessories are ineligible for return once installed (except for cases involving warranty).
Tesla will not be responsible for ensuring that the products are suitable for a particular purpose unless it is self-evident or is made known to Tesla.
*We reserve the right to reject change-of-mind returns that do not meet the conditions outlined and will return to sender.
