To cancel your order, contact your leasing institution.
Inform your leasing institution of your pre-existing order and provide them with the Reference Number (RN). This will preserve your Reference Number to avoid order cancellation. Once we verify all details with your leasing institution and deliver your car, we can return your deposit.

Our main method of communication will be via SMS so ensure to provide your leasing company with your current mobile number.
Your first SMS will be sent once your order has been received from your leasing company. Once a vehicle is available and assigned to your order, we will update you. We will then continue to update you via SMS to arrange a delivery or collection of your vehicle. Important information such as your vehicle configuration and registration details, along with any reminders or requirements will also be communicated after your delivery or collection is arranged.
To access your Tesla Account, set your password using the email address provided to your leasing institution.
With a Tesla Account, you can automatically pay Supercharging costs or idle fees. Enter your Payment Information under ‘Settings’ to ensure all outstanding invoices are paid. You can view your Supercharging history and invoices under ‘Charging.’
As leasing institutions, and not the drivers, usually are the legal owners of most business cars, your car may not appear in your Tesla Account.
You can download the Tesla app from the App Store or Google Play once your order has been placed.
You can access your order in the Tesla app within 24 hours of your order being placed with Tesla. The vehicle will become visible within 48 hours of delivery, once your delivery declaration has been e-signed.
To enable Mobile Access from your vehicle's touchscreen, tap Controls > Safety & Security. While waiting for access, you can use the Key Card to unlock your Tesla.
Yes. Contact your leasing institution with the name and email address of the person you would like to add. Alternatively you can share your log in details with the additional driver.
You can reset your password. If you have verified your email address with your leasing institution and the difficulties remain, reach out to Tesla Support.
You will receive both your VIN and Registration via SMS prior to your delivery.
Reach out to your lease institution to learn about their policy for maintaining plate numbers. Note all Tesla vehicles are delivered on their age-related license plate.
As leasing institutions, and not the drivers, usually are the legal owners of most business cars the V5c will be sent out to the funder of the vehicle, by the DVLA once the vehicle delivery is complete. Should you require a copy of this for any parking permits, reach out to the leasing company.
You will receive an SMS confirming your Scheduled Delivery Date or Collection once we have verified your order with your leasing institution and have all logistics and approvals in place.
Follow the SMS instructions and reply to confirm your attendance to avoid your delivery date being postponed or cancelled.
If a collection from our Delivery Site is organised, bring a valid Driver's License with you as form of identification.
If you wish to designate someone else to collect on your behalf, contact us and your leasing institution. The person you designate must have a valid copy of their Driver’s Licence and a power of attorney.
Respond to your SMS if you need to make any changes to your Scheduled Delivery Date or location, or contact us.
Deliveries will be made to the address which was provided by your leasing company at your point of order. If the delivery address requires changing, a collection can be organised from our Delivery Site.
If you need to delay the delivery or collection date, you may be able to select a new date and time within 7 days of your original Scheduled Delivery Date, subject to availability.
A delivery declaration is a contractual obligation to complete your delivery. This document is to confirm that your new vehicle has arrived with you and matches the configuration which you have ordered.
The delivery declaration will be sent to you via email on the morning of your delivery. The document requires e-signing once you have received the vehicle. This is an essential step to finalise delivery of your new Tesla and will allow you access to the Tesla App within 24 hours.
The delivery declaration is sent to the email address provided at point of order with your leasing company.
If you cannot find the delivery declaration in your inbox, check your junk mail. The document will be sent on the morning of your delivery date from Adobe Sign (echosign@echosign.com).
If the document cannot be found in your inbox or junk mail, reach out to us and we will organise another to be sent out to you.

If your car requires service, we strongly recommend that you schedule a service appointment in the Tesla app at a Tesla Service Center. Taking your vehicle to another shop for maintenance or repairs could affect coverage under your warranty if problems occur. Consult your Owner’s Manual for more information on service intervals.
Schedule and manage appointments, approve estimates and review past invoices in the Tesla app. Our Support page offers more information, including a detailed guide. You can also explore our Do It Yourself Guides for step by step instructions on basic maintenance procedures.
Check with your leasing institution and, if applicable, your Corporate Fleet Manager for permission to modify the vehicle with an upgrade.
You can then request installation of the upgrade via the Schedule a Service Appointment on your Tesla app. Select ‘Accessory Installation & Upgrades’ as the topic and detail which upgrade you would like to purchase.
After receiving and accepting a quote for the upgrade via the Tesla app, complete payment to activate your remote upgrade from anywhere.
