Ensures key risks and compliance requirements pertaining to environmental compliance, occupational health and industrial safety are identified, escalated, and controlled in all phases of automotive product sales, delivery and service and collision operations. Keeps abreast of any changes to laws and regulations that impact the organization
Engage with regulatory agencies as necessary, documenting and managing audits and inspections to uphold compliance standards
Collaborate with teams on technical projects and operational safety
Supports L.I.F.E. and high-potential incident investigations and the creation and completion of actions from event learnings
Recruit, train, and empower site EHS ambassadors to implement best practices, conduct inspections, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within day-to-day operations
Manages waste streams with industry-specific knowledge of hazardous waste disposal and transportation regulations and requirements
