We are seeking a highly motivated Building Design Management Intern to join our factory engineering team. As an intern in this supportive role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the full design and engineering efforts for construction and infrastructure development, from concept to production.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background or educational focus in engineering, construction, manufacturing, or project management. This role requires a highly organized mindset, a passion for driving multi-disciplinary projects, and a remarkable ability to bring people together to accomplish objectives. Our program schedules push the boundaries of what is physically possible, demanding extreme attention to detail, identification of real challenges, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams to execute quickly with high quality.

As an intern, you will foster collaboration between Engineering disciplines, Construction, Manufacturing, and Production to align our team's goals with company priorities. You will actively work to understand the opportunities and challenges of each project, distill scattered information into clear and concise messages, and effectively document and communicate with every team member. Your efforts will focus on improving team efficiency, reducing ambiguity, and delivering collaborative solutions. In our demanding and fast-paced environment, self-motivation and discipline are crucial attributes.
