From the Classroom to the Factory

“I was able to get my start at Austin Community College while taking the MDP classes, and I met friends I still see on occasion working at the factory. The skills you learn in the MDP classes give you a good frame of reference for what you’re learning at the factory."

“I've been able to advance to a Level 4 Engineering Tech, working hands-on with products and investigating ways to make them better and more efficient every day. MDP allowed me to grow, and my brother is now part of the program.”

Justice

“Within 90 days of completing the program, I became a Workstation Trainer, and then three months later, a Lead Production Associate. I am extremely grateful for how MDP has helped my career.”
