Become part of the next generation of manufacturing leaders and innovators. Tesla's Manufacturing Development Program is designed to provide graduating high school seniors and early professionals with the financial resources, coursework and experience needed to propel a successful manufacturing career at Tesla.

Join the team in California, Nevada, New York or Texas to begin your career with the Manufacturing Development Program. Once you apply, you’ll participate in a series of information sessions and interviews. If selected, you will receive an offer to become a Trainee.

Once you complete the program's requirements, including specific courses at a local college, you’ll earn a Tesla Advanced Manufacturing Certification and begin applying your new skills as a Production Associate at one of Tesla’s factories. Positions are full-time, paid and include benefits and stock ownership.
